Last night, five plucky members of the NeuroHealth team swapped keyboards for putters and took on the Putts for Guts charity challenge at Fieldfisher‘s offices in London! It was a fantastic evening packed with fun, laughter, some questionable golfing techniques, a few heroic “hole in ones” (that were most definitely not flukes!) and balls bouncing off obstacles and ricocheting around each hole! The evening also featured a brilliantly curated raffle, packed with an array of exciting prizes generously donated by supporters of the event.
It was a fantastic and entertaining way to raise awareness for Guts UK Charity, a charity dedicated to fighting digestive diseases by funding research, educating the public, and supporting individuals and families. Their work is vital in improving outcomes for millions affected by gut-related conditions.
A huge thank you to Sevim Ahmet, Sat Sokhi and the rest of the Fieldfisher Personal Injury and Medical Negligence team who made the event such a success and raised money for a worthy cause.
As for our golfing skills…let’s just say Nicola Costas carried the NeuroHealth team like a pro and clinched runner-up overall – a true putting powerhouse! The rest of the team enthusiastically demonstrated how not to approach a windmill obstacle! More practice definitely needed, but spirits were high and laughs were louder!
