NeuroHealth’s team of highly skilled Case Managers undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure they meet the highest standards of professional skills and can demonstrate strong interpersonal qualities, with the ability to build meaningful positive relationships. We recognise that Case Managers will need to, at times, deal with the difficult and unexpected, so our clients will only ever be represented by people with the character and determination to see the task through and provide the necessary support that will allow our clients to cope with not only the medical effects of the injury, but also the wider impact of a life-changing event. In short, our case managers are people who can be depended upon.
Our Case Managers:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience working with adults and/or children with complex conditions, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, amputation and complex orthopaedic injury.
- Are registered with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Are registered with the British Association of Brain Injury & Complex Case Management (BABICM).
- Undertake regular mandatory and specialist training relevant to their role and maintain Continuing Professional Development.
- Have case management documentation stringently audited each month for quality assurance.
