As an Assistant Case Manager, Shona provides extensive in-depth support to our regional Case Managers and is dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive an excellent level of service that is focused on their individual needs.

Prior to joining NeuroHealth, Shona earned a BSc in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. She then worked as a Social Care Worker and Social Care Team Leader in a residential setting in Ireland, where she gained valuable experience in compassionate care, client support, organisational skills and teamwork. In addition, Shona has also volunteered with Crisis, helping support vulnerable individuals in challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Shona looks forward to supporting the case management team in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
