Samantha is the People, Culture & Compliance Manager at NeuroHealth Case Management Services. She leads on people strategy, organisational culture and regulatory compliance, ensuring robust HR practices, strong governance and a positive, inclusive working environment. Samantha works closely with senior leadership and teams across the company to support staff wellbeing, professional development and high standards of practice.

Samantha has over 10 years’ experience working in Human Resources, primarily within healthcare and, more recently, the health and social care sector.

Throughout her career, Samantha has supported organisations to develop strong people practices, positive workplace cultures and practical processes that enable teams to deliver high-quality care. She holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Strategic People Management, and her passion for wellbeing and supporting others also led her to qualify as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, reflecting her interest in the connection between employee wellbeing, organisational culture and effective leadership.
