It was a privilege to attend this year’s awards ceremony to celebrate the amazing achievements of so many across the case management profession. A powerful reminder of the transformative and innovative work being done on a daily basis by incredibly talented and hard-working individuals and teams. Another wonderful event that yet again exceeded expectations!
A special highlight was the keynote talk by Darren Edwards, a record-breaking explorer and adaptive adventurer whose story of overcoming a life-changing spinal cord injury and leading groundbreaking expeditions was nothing short of extraordinary. Darren’s message of looking forward, not back, and taking small steps each day to get closer to your goal, perfectly captured the spirit of the awards and left the room in awe of his achievements and mindset…as well as making a few of us question our own productivity levels!
We were incredibly proud to have our very own Assistant Case Manager, Yevhen Shyryy, nominated as a finalist for Case Manager Supporter of the Year. While Yevhen didn’t take home the award, it was humbling to be considered alongside such remarkable individuals who elevate our profession.
Huge thanks to CMSUK for hosting another fantastic event and for creating a space that truly celebrates the strength and dedication of our community.
